United States Shipping Policy

Our shipping standard is 5-15 business days.
Since we carry unusual sizes from both American and International designers from time to time a selection may have to be backordered from the supplier which could add an additional 5-15 business days to the shipping time. If your order requires additional shipping time, you will be notified accordingly.

No Charge

 for US Mail.

Express Shipping

 is available provided the items are in stock. The charge for express shipping begins at $25.00 and may increase due to size of package.

We strongly suggest you verify the size and color when purchasing items from The Bra Experience. Our decision to totally eliminate standard shipping charges on US orders has forced us to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. Of course, Texas residents must pay the 8.25% sales tax.

International Shipping Policy

Canada - $22.00 Packages are sent Global Express Mail which has a travel time of 5-7 days once the package is shipped.
A signature is required for all deliveries.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from The Bra Experience. But if you are not, return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package utilizing the following steps:

  1. Items in their original, unworn condition.
  2. Tags still attached to garment.
  3. Packing slip enclosed.
  4. Reason for your return.

Send your return, postage paid, to P.O. Box 852162 Mesquite, TX 75185.

Your refund/exchange will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees. Packages returned outside of our guidelines will either be refused or receive a higher 15% restocking fee.  Our decision to totally eliminate shipping on US orders and charge a flat rate on all international orders has forced us to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your email address or ANY personal information to anyone for any reason. Email addresses will only be used by our companies, Bra Experience & BE Nights, to contact you with special promotions or offers.

To ensure your privacy, all regular packages are sent in plain packaging without the company name stated on the return label – only the company address.  Overnight Packages will have B. E. N. - the companies initials- on the Air bill.
